OK, SO WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION, HERE'S MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Reset My Future is a 12 week non-residential program with three components.
1

We give you the tools to get off the substance and deal with urges, cravings and thoughts of drinking or using.
2

We help reset your thinking about your future. This part of the program ensures you will have an exciting and fulfilling life.
3

We help you to develop the motivation, discipline, and plan to start living your life to the full.
At the commencement of the program, you will establish a goal. For some it will be abstinence and for others it will be a return to modified drinking.
The program is structured on an Inductive Learning Model employing a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Scenario based modules.

HOW THE PROGRAM IS DELIVERED
First and foremost you will work one on one with your own fully trained and qualified Coach, and your privacy is securely protected. Furthermore, there are no group sessions.
The program has been designed to give your coach the flexibility to customise and tailor the modules to meet your needs at each stage of the program; and it can be delivered face to face, via zoom, WhatsApp, or a combination of all three.
Additionally, our coaches can arrange session times to fit in with your work and home schedules.
For the first 4 weeks, you will have a minimum of two sessions a week and thereafter a minimum of one session a week for the duration of your program.
Prior to each session with the facilitator, you will receive your next module to work on, either on our online platform or in a printed workbook, whatever is your preferred working style.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life.Let us help you to write a different ending.

ABOUT US

GRAEME ALFORD
FOUNDER
The program was designed by Graeme Alford who is now in his 40th year of sobriety.
Graeme is a lawyer by background and also holds a Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drugs.
His addiction to alcohol and gambling saw his life spiral out of control and the once high-flying criminal lawyer finished up in jail convicted of armed robbery.
His journey from a prison cell with cognitive brain damage in 1982 to hosting events featuring Lee Iacocca, General Norman H Swharzkopf. Stephen Covey, Stew Leonard Junior, Mikhail Gorbachev, Ruben “Hurricane” Carter and Nelson Mandela is why the ABC’s Australian Story labelled Graeme “The Comeback King.”
